Brand New Beginners Class

Saturdays • 11-12 am

250 12th Avenue Suite 280 in Coralville

This is a class designed for brand new beginners. It will focus on the foundations of hot yoga.

It will break down the postures and alignment and acclimate

your body to the heat gently. It’s the first step to a healthier you!

Cost is $99.00 and includes a yoga mat, stainless steel water bottle,

and UNLIMITED yoga for the duration of the course.
