A WARM WELCOME

Hothouse Yoga Coralville opened its doors July of 2002 and Iowa City followed suit in Sept of 2009.

We are Iowa City/Coralville's premier hot yoga studios and home to a collective group of teachers who have connected through the practice and teaching together for nearly 21 years! Our goal was to create a community that is welcoming, classes that are empowering and challenging and an opportunity to dig deep into the core of our purpose.

Our vision is not a perfect pose rather the quality of intention inside the pose. A celebration of life and its challenges, realizing that all of us know struggle. Every Instructor challenges a different aspect of your practice. As you explore the different classes and teachers, you learn to respect and listen to your body and recognize your process. We invite you to practice what challenges you and what stretches you to expand your practice and your life.
